The Dominican Republic is enjoying increasing popularity

According to the ministry of tourism for the region, visitor arrivals to the Dominican Republic increased to over 2 million from January through to June, up 6.6% from 2007.

This is not surprising when so much investment is being poured into the infrastructure to improve airports, telecommunications, and tourism structures. The image of the Dominican Republic is changing for the better, drawing more and more travellers – and you heard it from the MRI team first!
